When eSutures launched its proprietary Synergy Surgical line after years of wholesaling others, the objective was conversion. The audience was loyal to established surgical brands. Trust had to be earned quickly. I led a comprehensive surgical brand launch campaign designed to differentiate the product immediately. The work began with logo and brand development grounded in clarity and confidence. The identity system emphasized precision and reliability. Typography, color, and messaging reinforced clinical credibility. The tone remained direct and professional.
Packaging played a central role in the strategy. I worked closely with an overseas company to produced the line of box designs I came up with. I designed a custom sample kit inspired by the structure of a surgical tray. The tactile experience mirrored the operating room environment. The sample box was not decorative. It was experiential. Surgeons could see and feel product quality in context.
The campaign extended into digital and advertising channels. I executed the focused lead generation strategy with banner ads and a microsite. My partner coined the tag “Quality: the common thread in all we do.” Messaging centered on performance and value. The microsite streamlined engagement and captured qualified prospects efficiently. Visual continuity ensured alignment across every touchpoint.
The results were measurable. The launch generated more than 1,800 high-value leads from clinical practices, hospitals, and surgical centers.
This surgical brand launch campaign demonstrates full-spectrum leadership. From logo design and packaging to advertising strategy and digital execution, the system functioned cohesively.
