Trade show booth design is where brand strategy becomes physical. The environment must attract attention quickly, communicate clearly, and support meaningful conversations on the floor. Across multiple healthcare brands, I have developed trade show booth design medical solutions that balance clinical credibility with strong visual storytelling.

For Abiomed, I led creative development for a large cardiology conference booth at STS. The goal was to move beyond product features and focus on real outcomes. The concept centered on patient recovery stories, bringing humanity into a highly technical environment. Large-scale graphics highlighted real patients whose lives were changed by the technology. Exterior panels used bold product naming and clear visual hierarchy to attract attendees from the aisle. Inside the space, storytelling and imagery reinforced credibility while creating emotional connection. Supporting digital ads and email campaigns extended engagement before and during the show. The result was a cohesive presence that captured attention while reinforcing mission. Trade show booth design medical innovators often highlight patient stories as a way to connect with audiences.

A second example was developed for ZOLL Itamar at the SLEEP conference, their largest annual trade show. The booth centered around a six-foot-tall mobile phone structure promoting the SleepPATH app. The oversized installation became a visual anchor that immediately drew traffic and encouraged interaction. Supporting collateral, landing pages, digital ads, trade advertising, and email campaigns ensured the booth message carried across every touchpoint. The design emphasized streamlined diagnostics and operational efficiency, helping translate complex clinical benefits into a clear, engaging experience.

In both projects, my role combined concept development, design direction, and execution oversight. Every element served a purpose, from large-scale visuals to supporting campaign assets. The goal was never decoration. It was creating environments that support sales conversations, communicate brand leadership, and leave a lasting impression in competitive medical spaces.
